This is my second stamp 
My first stamp actually turned out really well, and it's my most faved piece. Lets see how many faves this one gets!
So I made this from something that happened a few days ago. Someone (Im not gonna mention any names >_>) posted some art about legendary pokemon, which included Rotom. ROTOM ISN'T A LEGENDARY! So I decided to make this stamp so that other people will know that Rotom isn't an actual legendary. Its just rare! Rare and Legendary are completely different! >.<

Haha, I thought it is! ;D But I figured out it wasn't a legendary pokemon like... 5 Months ago. ;D
